Sub-10 Slammer

This is our last week on the Wendler program so make sure you get your lifts completed. We will be testing the Crossfit Total next Monday to see where we all ended up on this strength cycle. Then we will be switching gears a bit to focus more on Oly lifting and the exercises that complement those lifts. So let’s put our best efforts forward this week and next Monday to finish this cycle strong.

Back Squat: 5-5-3-3-1+ from 75% – 95%

10 FR Lunges
15 Slamballs (30/20)
