We start the week with an exercise we haven’t done in quite a while – the bench press. Today we’re going to review the mechanics and then have 20 minutes to practice and if you feel your mechanics are good, find a “heavy” 5 rep max.
Our metcon is tabata intervals of rowing, squatting, pull-ups, pushups, and sit-ups. Tabata This is a great burner in that you can press really hard for 20 seconds and then get a nice little 10 second break. Rinse and repeat for 8 rounds before moving on.
