The AMRAP of Legends

Today we continue our week of heavy lifting with bench pressing. Make sure you warm up properly with at least 2 sets leading up to your working weight. Spotter are key for this lift so make sure they know when to help and when to let you fight.

During our AMRAPs, push hard on each one since you’ll be getting 2 minutes of rest in between. If you can finish one, go back to the beginning and start over. Remember, every rep counts to make you stronger, faster, and harder to kill :).


Bench Press: 5-5-3-3-1+ from 75% – 95% respectively


AMRAP in 6min of “D.T.”:
12 Deadlifts (155/105)
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks
