The Bear Complex is just that…it’s a bear. Performed for max load through all seven “reps”, this complex tests not only your physical stamina but also your mental fortitude. Technique will come into major play as you progress through this complex and as your weight increases. Breaking at the proper times will also ensure a successful round instead of a failed one.

It’s been a while since we’ve done this one so come in with a fresh mind and be prepared to work hard.
