The Beast Before The Feast

Today’s WOD is just that….a beast! This one is sure to burn those extra calories you all will be consuming tomorrow and possibly for the next few days (LOL). If you notice, we have 3 miles of running split by 2 notorious benchmarks (Fran and Grace). You can look at the runs as warmups and cool downs from the previous WOD and pace yourself accordingly. This is a long one, so come ready to start promptly. Just think, tomorrow you can have that extra piece of pie without any guilt 🙂
