Today’s workout is brought to you by Gerardo :). When leaving the gym yesterday, he said he needed to work on his cardio with some running annnnnd so I figured what better way to help him out than with a 2 mile run. Oh, and throw in some wallballs just to break the monotony of running and you now have today’s workout. Truthfully, I’ve been eyeing this little gem for a while now and thought, “What better time to program this than now?” Since, ya know, Gerardo wanted some cardio :).
