The CrossFit Card Game

We end the week with a little bit of fun. The card game is always a great way to get moving for 30 minutes and see how many cards you can get through. As usual, perform the number of reps on the card for the movement of the suit. Face cards are the specified task regardless of suit.

AMRAP in 30min:

Diamonds – Pullups
Hearts – SDHLP (75/55)
Clubs – GHD Situps
Spades – HSPU
Jacks – 250m Row
Queens – 15 Ring Pushups
Kings – 20 Jumping Squats
