Today is the day you’ve all been training for these past 8 weeks. The grind has been long and now it’s time to set some new PRs in each of these lifts and show the world how much stronger you’ve gotten. Stay focused for each lift and make appropriate selections for each attempt. Too big of a jump could cost you and going up too little could burn you out. So be wise with your weights.

Strength:

In 60min, record a 1RM for each lift:

Back Squat
Shoulder Press
Deadlift
