The CrossFit Total

Today is the day we lift really heavy!!! This is the day we’ve been lifting for for the past 3 months. We will start with a general warmup and then you will have the remainder of class to get these 3 lifts in. We will be running a 15 minute clock to keep you on track for each lift. Record your 3 best lifts with your heaviest going towards your total.

Strength:

Find a 1RM in each of the following lifts:
Back Squat
Shoulder Press
Deadlift
