The Grip Ripper

After yesterday’s lower body “test”, today we’ll focus on the upper body with the floor press. As always, this is our alternative to the bench press but can still deliver the same results. Make sure you lightly touch your elbow as you go through the ROM and don’t be afraid to go heavy.

In the metcon, your grip will give out long before your core or glutes. Be wise and break the T2Bs up as needed but don’t rest too long…you only have 10 minutes. Try to go unbroken on the KBS keeping good form.
