The Banded Push Press is back and ready to pump…you up!! This movement is great for building bar speed for when you’re using heavier weights. Focus on quick reps and pressing through the resistance as the bands will push the bar back down.
The metcon, again, is going to challenge you to use your powerhouse in the push presses. If you don’t know what that is, you’ll soon find out (hint: it’s NOT your shoulders).
