The Shoulder Complex is back and ready to pump…you up!! This set of 10 reps is great for developing big shoulders to press those massive amounts of weight overhead, or just put a bowl back on the top shelf. Either way, this progression is sure to fire up your deltoids until they’re begging for more.

The metcon, again, is going to challenge you to use your powerhouse in the push presses. If you don’t know what that is, you’ll soon find out (hint: it’s NOT your shoulders).

4 Shoulder Press
3 Push Press
2 Push Jerks
1 Split Jerk

Conditioning:

AMRAP in 10min:
15 Push Presses (115/85)
10 Ring Dips
