The Incredible Hulk

Today’s WOD focuses on upper body strength with an overall body AMRAP. Use a scale that will help you be successful during the metcon with plenty of rest. For the dips, challenge yourself to the next scale up if you can.

The metcon is basically the Bear Complex broken down into its component parts. The weight used should be challenging but not unBEARable (LOL). Be smart and break at strategic points so you don’t burn out half way through reps that can lead into something else.

Strength:

EMOM in 20min:
Odd – 3 HSPU
Even – 5 Dips (ring, box, bench)

Conditioning:

AMRAP in 20min:
5 Deadlifts (115/75)
5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Push Presses
5 Back Squats
