We start this HUMP DAY with a little cardio training by running 5, 400m sprints. Yes, I said sprints as in they should be near max efforts (85-90%). Run them like your life depends on it instead of just taking them at a leisurely pace. Today is the day to push yourself and see how well your cardio training is paying off, or not 🙂

“Jack” is our Hero WOD today as we honor SSGT Jack Martin III. He paid the ultimate sacrifice on 9/29/09 from an IED while in the Philippines.

10 KB Swings (53/35)
10 Box jumps (24/20)
