This week starts off with the Olympic Total. Just like the CrossFit Total, your goal is to achieve a 1RM Snatch and 1RM Clean and Jerk within the hour. Perform a few drills to warm up your body to perform and a few warmup sets before you go for your max efforts. Be focused, especially when getting under the bar, and use your technique when the weights get heavy. Good luck and get some PRs!!
