Now that the Open is over, it’s time to get back to work. This week will be a little bit of a deload week before we start our next strength cycle so take this week to relax and give your body a break.
That being said, we’re starting today with some upper body and core work in our strength training with pushup holds and hollow rocks. Our metcon then features tabata intervals (20 sec on, 10 sec off) of movements that hit the upper body and core. Have fun this week and let’s get after it!!!
