The Quickie

The floor press is a great variation to the bench press when equipment is limited. When lowering the bar down, be sure to control the decent to ensure you don’t slam your elbows into the ground. Touch-and-go should be the cadence working on the explosive part of the push in the pressing motion.

The metcon today will test your skill with double-unders and strength with an increasing ladder of DB Snatches. This is another “quickie” so make sure you don’t waste time on your transitions.
