With the advent of spring today, it’s time to get our legs stretched and start running again. It’s been a long hibernation this winter and we’ve had very few days to get out on the pavement. So today’s metcon sees a return of running. We have some elements of D.T. with the cleans and jerks at 155#, and then add in a quick sprint to get the HR up.
First, we begin with shoulder pressing. Starting light and going heavy, form becomes more paramount as the weight goes up.
