This WOD Is Sooo PC…& T

This week we’re starting with a long chipper of power cleans and thrusters for rounds with descending runs in between each round. Make sure when performing each moment, you focus on doing that movement perfectly. 5 reps can be done unbroken so don’t put the bar down once it’s picked up. Use the runs as a bit of recovery so you can push the rounds of cleans and thrusters.
