Today, we squat!! We’re starting off the week with a moderate load for back squats with a moderate volume. Keep driving up through the bar as you come out of the hole and remember to corkscrew your feet into the ground to activate your glutes.

In the metcon, try to shoot for 10min as your total time for all 3 rounds. Watch your pace on the thrusters and keep your elbows high. Get the majority done before you break, if needed. Squeeze your glutes, abs and quads on the pushups to prevent worming.
