We end the week with a clean complex that focuses on the second and third pull in the clean. As the bar passes your knees, accelerate the bar speed coming into your hips on all 3 movements. On the full clean, remember to PULL YOURSELF DOWN under the bar once you complete the second pull. Keep your midline tight and drive with your elbows as the weight gets heavy.
Try to go unbroken on the thrusters and remember to lock out your elbows when carrying your plate.
