We continue lifting heavy with back squats today. Sets of 3 with our top set being done at 85% is going to help those sticks build into tree trunks. Focus on keeping your chest up as you squat and push up through the bar while coming out of the bottom.
Our metcon is on the shorter side depending on how well you can do toes-to-bars. Use a heavier weight on the push jerks and challenge yourself to use a weight that may be a little uncomfortable. Use your legs to drive the bar up.
