Welcome back from your Labor Day weekend. Now it’s time to get to work. Today features a clean complex of pulls, power clean and front squats. Build to a heavy complex that is no more than 80% of your 1RM clean.
In the metcon, make sure to sprint the run. 12 minutes will go by fast and you don’t want to be caught out on the run when the time expires. Try to go unbroken on the T2B and power cleans.
