After yesterday’s full body onslaught, we’ll choose the upper body to focus on today. Starting with some Oly lifting for our strength portion, focus on hitting your positions for each clean variation. Then reset and hit a perfect jerk (split or power).
Our metcon is a ladder of upper body focused movements continuing with the clean and jerks from our strength portion. We added rings dips to give it that special je ne sais quoi. This one really builds and slows down after the 5th round. Enjoy!!
