Today we have a nice long chipper that’ll test your mental toughness as well as your physical stamina. Book-end runs can be your warm-up and cool-down with a whole lotta suck in between. Scale to your appropriate level with weights and movements to challenge yourself keeping in mind the rep scheme. Keep moving and chipping away at this beast and sooner than later, you’ll be coming out the other side. And just keep asking the question, “How do you eat an elephant?”
