V-Ups Suck

Today we begin with a little Oly lifting to find a 1 rep max split jerk. Remember the technique is to push yourself down under the bar, not to push the bar over your head. If you can get this concept, you’ll be able to lift more weight than you think. Hit the lock out at the top and you’ll be golden.

The AMRAP uses the jerk technique for some moderate lifting. V-ups just suck and make most people look like fishes out of water (LOL). Do your best with these and crush the dubs to end each round.

10 Push Jerks (135/95)
10 V-Ups
20 Double-Unders
