Wallballs Are Easy

It’s Friday and that means it’s time to have some “Fun With Fitness”. After getting in some leg work with our back squats, we’re going to have a little fun with our metcon. We’ll be starting off with wallballs from a 3 foot line so you’ll not only have to throw the ball up but also a bit more forward than usual. After that, it’s everyone’s favorite – a bear crawl across the gym. Then you’ll be met with an obstacle before you go out for your 200m run. Come back in and repeat back to the WBs.

Strength:

Back Squat: 3-3-3-3-3+ @ 70% – 90%
