We end the week with a chipper of epic proportions. Starting and ending with a 1000m row will help warm you up and cool you down from the Oreo-like, creamy goodness in the center. Wallballs, ring pushups and then abmat setups WITH your wallball will have you feeling great by the time this is done. Keep in mind that once you climb the “mountain”, all you have to do is come back down. Have fun with this one because there may be a special surprise at the end!!
