I know, I know, I know. Strength is SUPPOSED to come before conditioning. But not today 🙂 Today, we’re going to start with a benchmark WOD – the 2000m row time trial. This is your chance to be fresh and make the leaderboard if you’ve got what it takes. No more excuses of “but my legs were shot from the metcon” or “the strength portion really blew me out”. Nope. This is the time to hit it hard and test your endurance.

After that, we squat. This will give you a whole new perspective on “heavy”.
